Hi, I’m Martina — a Christian wife and mom of (almost) three living in Diamond Valley, Alberta. My work is deeply tied to my faith, and I see creating and sharing artwork as a way to glorify God and share the good news of the Gospel.
For the longest time, I thought I knew where my life was heading. I grew up in Toronto and had big plans and lots of drive: engineering, research, medicine...I genuinely enjoyed pushing myself very hard and the worldly success and validation that came with it.
Then I learned a very hard lesson.
God sometimes forces us to slow down and re-prioritize according to His will. I got progressively more sick until I had no choice but to stop and completely re-evaluate my life.
What felt like the end of the world at the time turned out to be the beginning of something far better. Isn't it mysterious and awesome how God works in our lives?
I was physically sick and suffered for what felt like forever. Over the course of 10 years, I developed more and more unexplained symptoms.
Then one day, I opened a Bible. That same day, I got the diagnosis that explained everything - MCAS - and the treatment that went with it. Finally, I was functional again!
Several months later, I was baptized and while preparing my testimony several weeks beforehand, I woke up one morning and just knew I no longer needed my medication.
It was my own personal miracle.
Jesus healed me—not just physically, but at the deepest level. I was saved by grace through faith, and everything changed.
Now see artwork as something I do for God. It’s one of the ways I show up in obedience and praise Him.
Testimonials
This isn’t an art business to me—I think of it as a ministry.
If you have a Christian cause that you feel could benefit from artwork, please let me know. I'd be happy to discuss providing fine art prints or an original to promote the cause or raise money through auction.
And if you’re here reading this, I would love to hear from you. So please feel free to reach out. Ask questions. Tell me what spoke to you. Share what God’s doing in your life. Let me know if I can pray with you or for you.
Thanks for stopping by. I’m so glad you’re here.
Warmly in Him,
Martina Heinelt Morrow
