The Firmament Collection — Where Light Meets Mystery

This collection began as a quiet exploration of the night sky—its moon phases, stars, and the vast, holy stillness of creation. But as I painted, it grew into something more personal—a reflection of my own journey back to faith.

The colour palette flows like the sky itself: deep blacks, soft grays, pure whites, and hints of pastel light—capturing not just the night, but also the tender moments of dawn, dusk, and twilight. Woven through each piece are portraits of women, wildlife, and celestial elements, all connected by the unseen rhythms of creation and the quiet pull toward something greater.

At the heart of this collection is "Faith Restored," a portrait of a woman looking upward, reaching for light after a long season of darkness. For me, she represents the turning point—the moment when I stopped striving for answers and started trusting the One who holds it all.

Each brushstroke is an invitation to pause and wonder—to notice how light moves through darkness, how beauty emerges in surrender, and how the heavens declare the glory of God in ways both seen and unseen.

This collection is for the seekers, the questioners, and those who long to feel the nearness of something bigger than themselves. May these works bring reflection, awe, and the quiet reminder that light is never far, even in the darkest skies.
